南乳猪手伴蝦子撈河粉

材料:猪手,河粉,蝦子,薑,蔥,八角,甘草,南乳,蠔油,麻油

步驟一,猪手飛水,晾乾,再用薑油爆香,,

步驟二,放八角,甘草,炒香南乳,調味,再加水至蓋過猪手,加冰糖,煮沸後轉慢火蓋上蓋子炆煮。

步驟三,四十五分鐘後,熄火,焗三十分鐘。

步驟四,滾水放少許油及薑蔥,再放河粉,略煮,撈起晾乾。

步驟五,河粉放碟,佐蠔油,伴南乳猪手,最後撒上蝦子及蔥花,麻油!即可享用!
