韓式燒五花腩伴五色蔬菜薯蓉

材料:五花腩,(鹵水料:八角,桂皮,甘草,草果,茴香),甘筍,西芹,芽菜,黃瓜,木耳,薯蓉,韓國辣椒醬,韓國辣椒粉,蒜頭,芝麻,大醬,麻油

 

步驟一,五花腩飛水,晾乾,再用薑油爆香,加鹵水料炒香,加水煮二十分鐘

 

步驟二,取出五花腩,待涼。切薄片再輕輕塗上辣椒粉及辣椒醬,大醬,麻油,米酒及糖拌勻的汁醬,腌十分鐘

 

步驟三,所有蔬菜切成絲,用水燙煮,撈起淋上麻油。

 

步驟四,用明火將腌好的五花腩略燒至香脆。

 

步驟五,碟上放上五色蔬菜,燒過的五花腩及薯蓉,撒上,芝麻,蔥花,麻油,佐以汁醬!即可享用!
